Teddy has a passion for helping people achieve their performance and wellness goals. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of clients from high school/college athletes, fireman, police, special forces, and general populations both In-Person and Online. By utilizing the conjugate method, he focuses on making people more resilient to injury so they can continue doing the things THEY LOVE TO DO!

Teddy has blended his personal experiences as an athlete with his education to help people obtain their performance goals. His specialty is finding individuals weak points and strengthen them to help them function better and be more resilient to injuries.
